InspectionX is an AI-powered platform that helps home inspectors save 1–2 hours per inspection by turning on-site photos and voice notes into reports in real time. Our vision is to become the operating system for home inspectors, handling everything from scheduling and payments to reporting and connecting homebuyers with trusted local service providers to address issues identified during the inspection. Today, we process over 1,100 reports per month and are initiating roll out across one of the largest home inspection franchises in the U.S., which completes approximately 70,000 inspections annually. Longer term, we're also interested in exploring the opportunity to operate our own home inspection business.
