Education systems everywhere say they develop the whole child, but the evidence happens every day in the classroom and then vanishes, so students get reduced to a column of grades. Systems worldwide are rewriting their curricula around human-centered skills, yet after a decade still can't measure them rigorously. The demand is official and completely unmet, and the capability to meet it just arrived. Volantis is the intelligence layer that closes that gap. We use AI to turn the unstructured evidence of learning (observations, reflections, voice, videos) into structured, rigorous intelligence mapped to any framework. The result is a rich, self-owned portfolio of who each child is and what they can actually do: proof that follows them from school into career, and the foundational context layer for learning designed around them, with adults in the loop but the child at the wheel. We have clients across the world, in Romania, China, Brazil, Colombia and Uruguay, and proven system-level penetration: the Welsh Government in the UK confirmed a September 2026 pilot across 10 schools, with a pathway to nationwide rollout (roughly 1,500 schools, 500,000 students) and is opening doors to other governments.
